Randy was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee.  He is married to Donna (Cole) from Knoxville, Tennessee, and they have two daughters named Jessica and Nikki.  He is a graduate of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and has served in the pastorate since 1998.  His interests include spending time with his family and friends while hunting, camping, kayaking, and just about anything in the outdoors.  Although his spiritual gifts are teaching and exhortation he jokingly claims his primary spiritual gift to be hanging out.  He has a passion for people and to see Christ radically transform their lives.
